Brighton Housing is commited to help reduce the 'carbon footprint' and impact it has on the earth. Here are some of our commitments:

• 100% Recycled Paper - we use "9 Lives Office" paper which is manufactured with totally recycled fibre and with less toxic substances. Environmentally 9 Lives also leads the pack, it is one of the few papers to achieved the Blue Angel Environmental Standard.
• Reduce organic waste - Throwing organic waste into the bin not only makes a nasty smell but causes unnessesary transport of waste which is bio-degradable. Having a small compost heap can reduce waste considerably.
